Ingredients
  • 1 cup Almond milk Unsweetened, coconut vanilla flavored
  • 1/2 Banana
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1/2 cup Kale Frozen
  • 1 tsp Turmeric Powder
Instructions
  1. Place kale in the blender and add milk. Pulse until kale becomes smooth, it took us about 1/2 a cup of milk to get the right consistency. Pour into a glass.

  2. Now let’s blend banana ( you can use frozen or fresh), turmeric, and honey. Pulse until ingredients become smooth, it takes about 1 minute in our blender. Combine all in one glass and enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Helpful tips

You don't have to use ice for the smoothie for it to be cold. Use frozen kale or bananas.
Blend kale first and then bananas with turmeric to get a beautiful color mix.
If you are in a hurry, you can mix all ingredients and blend all together.

Remove kale stems to make the smoothie taste less bitter.
