When it is a Super Bowl time, there is a need for Buffalo Chicken Dip recipe. This delicious brings superior taste of cream cheese, franks hot sauce, and blue cheese crumbles. This is a must for a Game Day. Serve during game time with celery sticks, chips or crackers of your choice.
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Preparing chicken for the dip. Cut along the Y-shaped wishbone, use fingers and a fork to pull the meat. Remove the skin. Pull wings and thighs, we save the wings for later use and use only other meat.
Add cream cheese, blue cheese crumbles, shredded pepper Jack, and Colby.
Pour your spicy secret sauce whatever this be a franks hot sauce or sauce of your choice. Pour chunky blue cheese dressing. Use your hands and crush the saltine crackers into the mix. Add Old bay seasoning. Mix everything together until it becomes a firm paste-like consistency.
Transfer into an ovenproof baking dish, and bake at 400 degrees F for 20 minutes. Depending on your oven you may need to set the oven to broil and bake for additional five minutes to get that perfect baked shell on top.
If you are looking for a more spicy taste, dice in 2-3 raw jalapeno peppers.
If you want the dip come out with some less spicy flavors add less of frank hot sauce.
If you want to make some kids friendly drip you can substitute the franks hot sauce with some sweet sauce of your choice.
