Ingredients
  • 1 Egg Hard-boiled
  • 6 oz Solid white tuna Albacore sodium free
  • 1 pinch Dill Fresh
  • 1 pinch Parsnip Freshly shredded
  • 1 tbsp Leek Diced
  • 3 tsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 pinch Dill Fresh
Instructions
  1. Hard-boil one egg. Open tuna can using a can opener. Force down the top to drain juice. Transfer tuna into a food processor.


  2. Dice dill and leek finely then shred parsnip. Slice egg. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Season with black pepper and mayonnaise. Add one teaspoon of olive oil.

  3. Use the pulse button about 7-10 times to mix all the ingredients to get the proper texture.


  4. Top with fresh dill, multi-colored cherry tomatoes. Season with a pinch of black pepper. Serve with saltine crackers or bread and enjoy!
