Ingredients

  • 1 head Romaine lettuce Baby romaine/Romaine Lettuce Hearts
  • 1/4 small Red pepper diced
  • 1/4 small Yellow pepper diced
  • 1/4 small Orange pepper diced
  • 1/8 small Red onion diced
  • 1 tbsp Blue Cheese Crumble Crumble
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil extra virgin
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Instructions

  • Wash romaine lettuce. Dry, cut into small bite-size pieces.
  • Wash and dice peppers.
  • Peel and dice red onion.
  • Combine all in a salad bowl add blue cheese crumble.
  • Season with sea salt, freshly ground pepper. Add lemon vinaigrette and enjoy!
