Ingredients
  • 8 oz Fuji Apple
  • 5 oz Green cabbage
  • 5 oz Red cabbage
  • 1 tbsp Sour cream
  • 1 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp White vinegar
  • 1 tsp White sugar
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
Instructions
  1. Cut the red and green cabbage into thin strips.

  2. Use a handheld grater to shred the apple.

  3. Add sugar, olive oil, white vinegar, black pepper and mix everything to a point where you see a bit of juice released.

  4. Add mayonnaise, sour cream and mix well. Place in the fridge to rest for 10-30 minutes. Enjoy your delicious coleslaw!
