Try this delicious and easy to make Corn Apple salad. It is perfect by itself or as a side dish with your dinner. Crunchy sweet taste of zestar apple combined with delicious bartlett pear and fresh corn off the cub make this summer corn salad merely amazing.

Ingredients
  • 1 Corn off the cub
  • 1 medium Red apple (We used Zestar apple)
  • 1 medium Pear
  • 1 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp White vinegar
  • 1 tsp Black pepper Freshly ground
Instructions
  1. Boil the corn for about 15 minutes, drain and cool it down.

  2. Cut the corn kernels of the cob. Star at the top of the cob and cut it downwards.

  3. Dice apple and pear. Combine all in bowl. Add black pepper, white vinegar and mayonnaise. Mix everything well and let it cool down a bit in the fridge before eating it.

  4. Serve and enjoy!

  1. Use sweet-tart like apples.
  2.  Do not over boil the corn.
  3. Serve chilled.
  4. If you are not ready to consume the salad right after making it, do not mix mayonnaise in right away.
