- 515 grams Green Cabbage about 1/2 of Medium size Cabbage head
- 250 grams Carrots 3 medium size carrots
- 1.5 Lemon Freshly squeezed
- 1 tbsp Olive Oil
- 2 tbsp Raw Honey
- 1 tsp Black Pepper Freshly ground
- 100 grams Sweet onion 1 small sweet onion
Wash and shred the cabbage.
Wash, peel and shred the carrots using a box grater.
Peel, dice the onion.
Combine all together. Squeeze fresh lemon juice. Add freshly ground pepper, honey and olive oil.
Refrigerate for 30 mins and enjoy!
Taste and adjust! Add more lemon juice, black pepper, or honey until it's perfect for you. I go a bit heavy on the lemon and honey.
Chill the salad it will taste better.
Keep in the fridge for a few days it will taste great even after 3-4 days.
Don't like lemons?, not a problem, sub it with white vinegar.
