Ingredients

  • 1 cup Baby Spinach
  • 100 Grams Cherry tomatoes Sweet
  • 25 Grams Red Onion Diced
  • 1 pinch Black pepper Freshly ground
  • 1 pinch Salt Himalayan
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 2 tbs Olive oil Extra virgin
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinaigrette dressing
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice Freshly squeezed

Instructions

  • Wash veggies thoroughly.
  • Thinly slice cucumber. Dice red onion. Cut cherry tomatoes in halves lengthwise.
  • Combine all in a bowl. Prepare your dressing by mixing olive oil, honey, lemon juice, freshly ground black pepper and salt.
  • Mix it all together and enjoy!
