Ingredients

  • 1 Banana
  • 3.4 oz Pineapple fresh
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds
  • 1 cup Spinach
  • 2 cups Coconut milk

Instructions

  • Blend banana, pineapple, Chia seeds and one cup of coconut milk. Use pulse method for about 10-30 seconds.
  • Blend spinach with one cup of coconut milk.
  • Combine blended spinach with previously blended pineapple, banana and chia seeds. Enjoy!
