This delicious Healthy Tuna Salad Recipe with Egg is a perfect meal for lunch for anyone looking to save some time and lose weight. It’s very easy to make, and the result is impressive. Rich in protein, healthy fats, and low in carbs. Great for lunch with a slice of multi-grain or wheat bread.
One of my New Year’s resolutions was to lose a bit of weight. I wanted to cut a few carbohydrates from my diet. So far the results have been good, and I’m pretty sure this Healthy Tuna Salad recipe will contribute to my further weight loss. 🙂
Here are simple ingredients for a healthy tuna salad;
1 Egg Hard-boiled
6 oz Solid white tuna in water (Albacore tuna Low sodium)
1 pinch Dill Fresh
1 pinch Parsnip Freshly shredded
1 tbsp Leek Diced
3 tsp Mayonnaise
1 tsp Black pepper
2 Cherry tomatoes
1 tsp Olive oil
As you can see these ingredients are pretty easy to get and fairly inexpensive.
How to prepare healthy tuna salad?
Combine all above ingredients in a food processor. Pulse 7- times to get the proper texture.
Making a healthy tuna salad recipe does not have to be time-consuming or complicated. All it takes is just a few simple ingredients and a food processor.
The results are simply fantastic! The texture is not overly creamy but at the same time not dry. It’s just right!

Healthy Tuna Salad Recipe with Egg. Excellent salad for an easy and healthy lunch. Low in carbs and delicious to eat. Try it and let us know how did you like it.
- 1 Egg Hard-boiled
- 6 oz Solid white tuna Albacore sodium free
- 1 pinch Dill Fresh
- 1 pinch Parsnip Freshly shredded
- 1 tbsp Leek Diced
- 3 tsp Mayonnaise
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 2 Cherry tomatoes
- 1 tsp Olive oil
- 1 pinch Dill Fresh

Hard-boil one egg. Open tuna can using a can opener. Force down the top to drain juice. Transfer tuna into a food processor.

Dice dill and leek finely then shred parsnip. Slice egg. Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Season with black pepper and mayonnaise. Add one teaspoon of olive oil.

Use the pulse button about 7-10 times to mix all the ingredients to get the proper texture.

Top with fresh dill, multi-colored cherry tomatoes. Season with a pinch of black pepper. Serve with saltine crackers or bread and enjoy!
Love these cherry tomatoes in the salad. I think adding diced cucumber would be a great idea.
