Healthy ingredients required for this salad are;
Tomato (We usually use tomato on a vine, but we have made this salad with different kind of tomatoes, including cherry tomatoes, beefsteak, Â and many others.)
Cucumber (We go for either English cucumber, Boston cucumber or whatever cucumber we grow this season. Seedless is probably the best choice.)
Red onion (We love red onion in this salad, the onion goes so good with tomatoes and cucumbers, this is a match made in heaven I would say.)
Salt and pepper (At times we use Vegeta seasoning as a salt replacement and to add a bit of different taste to the salad.)
Sour cream (If you do not want use sour cream you can always use olive oil or balsamic vinaigrette dressing.)
