How do I make mango jalapeno chicken wings sauce?
It’s pretty simple, cut mango into small chunks, chop parsley, cut jalapeno into strips ( remove seeds, otherwise sauce will be very hot in taste ) and add heavy cream. Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until ready, I would say it takes about 1 minute to get desired creamy consistency.
Bake wings for about 45 minutes to an hour. Take the wings out at about 40 minutes into baking and mop the wings with mango jalapeno sauce.
Spicy mango chicken wings are ready to be consumed! Fantastic appetizer or dinner. Enjoy dipping the wings in blue cheese and crunching on healthy celery sticks.
We also made some of these wings for our kids but we did not add jalapeno to their sauce and they loved it!
