Healthy spinach smoothie for every morning.
I and my wife woke up today and felt like we wanted to drink a green smoothie for breakfast. We wanted to make healthy spinach smoothie to jump start our day. Since spinach alone seemed a bit more boring we decided to spike our green smoothie with few more ingredients;
- banana
- grapes (black seedless table)
- mint leaf (this was a fantastic choice) 🙂
- basil leaf
As you can see, there is not a lot of ingredients in this green smoothie, and I promise this will be delicious 🙂
Blender has done a fantastic job on our green smoothie. It took about 12 seconds to get the right consistency. I love adding ice cubes to my morning smoothies, it keeps them a bit cooler which is perfect for summer.

- 1/2 Banana
- 1 cup Milk
- 8 Grapes
- 1/2 cup Spinach
- 1 leaf Mint
- 1 leaf Basil
- 3 cubes Ice

Combine ingredients in blender cup except basil leaf which will be used to garnish the smoothie.

Blend all for about 10-15 seconds.

Garnish with basil leaf. Enjoy drinking.
I included a nutrition label for this awesome smoothie recipe. Rich in vitamin A, C, calcium and, iron. It has a decent amount of protein and carbs. Grapes are a natural source of antioxidants. The Perfect combination for a great tasting drink.
